Cisco CSA Password Recovery

Password recovery:
1.- on your MC server go to the command prompt
2.- type go to C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CSAMC\CSAMC52\bin
3.- type the following:

type webmgr interactive //then press enter
Then type. 
webmgr>
db_exec {delete from session}
db_exec {delete from admin}
db_itrans_commit
exit
webmgr newuser username password
exit

	Keep me posted.. I followed the procedure above and was able to recovery my admin account.
	The only bad question is the question that is not asked.
